• ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MASS-PRODUCED? No, absolutely not. Every single garment at KnittoBaby is shaped by love and premium artisan craft. We reject factory assembly lines to focus on unique, high-quality, and soulful creations made to be cherished.
• WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS CRAFTED? Our studio is located in the beautiful heart of Poland. Every piece is curated, inspected for perfection, and beautifully packaged directly from our hands here in Poland before making its journey to your nursery.
• HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE? Since baby growth is a magical journey, we provide detailed sizing recommendations on our product pages. If you are caught between two sizes, we always suggest choosing the larger size to ensure your little one has absolute freedom of movement.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
• WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? We proudly ship our heirloom-quality creations across Poland, the entire European Union (EU), and non-EU European territories.
• HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? To keep things completely transparent and ensure you get the best live rates, all shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated dynamically in real-time by our logistics partners at checkout.
• CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? Yes, of course. As soon as your package is handed over to our shipping carriers, an automated notification containing a unique tracking number and portal link will fly straight to your registered email address.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
• WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES IN THE EU? No. If your delivery address is within the European Union, no customs barriers, tariffs, or unexpected import levies apply to your purchase.
• WHAT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE THE EU? For destinations outside the EU (such as the United Kingdom or Switzerland), any regional import taxes, customs declarations, or brokerage fees imposed by your local border authorities remain the exclusive responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
• WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? In strict accordance with EU consumer protection laws, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal. You can return any unworn, unwashed, and pristine items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. 
• WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING? Unless an item unfortunately arrives damaged or defective from our studio, the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping fees to our facility in Poland.
• WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED? We take immense pride in our quality control, but if a mishap occurs during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will swiftly arrange a complimentary replacement or issue a full refund.
